Did you know that over 60 million people in the USA alone suffer from poor sleep as a result of snoring?

Many people end up having their job, relationships, and health greatly impacted by this lack of sleep – and it all comes back to snoring.

If you’re reading this article, chances are you fall into that category of people struggling with snoring every night of their lives.

You might be interested to know that, up until the end of 2017, my wife and I were in that same exact boat. Every night was a struggle to get  sleep that actually rejuvenated us and got us ready for work the next day.

Now I don’t know about you, but I’ve tried just about every “cure-all” anti snoring device under the sun. The problem with all of them (at least for me) was that they were either extremely uncomfortable and completely stopped me from sleeping or they just didn’t work.

Then, I heard about ZZ Snore.

ZZ Snore Bottle

Now, I’ll admit, I was pretty hesitant on giving ZZ Snore a shot because I absolutely despise spraying anything like this in my nose. I also hate ear drops, eye drops…

…you get the picture.

But at this point I was getting desperate and was willing to try anything (I felt so bad about keeping my wife up at night).

So, I pulled the trigger and decided to give it a shot. And thank God that I did.

I used an app called SnoreLab to track my snoring throughout the nights of my testing phase of this product. Here are my results on the first night of using ZZ Snore.

Before & After ZZ Snore

Needless to say, I was really freaking happy and kind of blown away at how well it seemed to have worked on night 1.

Don’t get the wrong idea – I was still snoring fairly loud. I remember my wife confirming that for me that morning, but she noted that the app was right as I didn’t keep her up at much as I normally do.

This was a definite step in the right direction.

I decided to keep using it every night before bed to see if the results would continually get better or if night one was just a fluke (as I had seen this before with other snoring products).

Thankfully, it wasn’t a fluke whatsoever. Every night my snoring got better and better until only 12% of the entire night was considered “light” snoring. All of the rest of my sleep was quiet.

I had (for the most part) completely stopped snoring. And if you don’t believe it, take a look at the screenshot of my SnoreLabs app for further proof. ZZ Snore made me quit snoring.

I still use it every night over a year later, and it’s still working great for me.

No more snoring for me has meant getting much better sleep every night. I no longer worry about keeping my wife up! A surprise bonus for me was how much easier it is to focus at work now that I’m not sleep deprived.

How I Quit Snoring

(If you’re wondering why the screenshot looks different, I switched to Android after the first screenshots)

However, I will say that this product is not perfect.

It took me a couple months to really get “used” to using a nasal spray every night with how much I hate stuff like that, and I’ll be honest – I’m still not entirely used to it.

It’s also worth noting that ZZ Snore is disposable and you’ll have to continually buy this product once your bottle runs out. The effects of the spray aren’t permanent, so if you like the results it’s giving you be prepared to add this to your monthly shopping list just like you do with soap and other disposables.

In my opinion, however, these are small issues and were pretty easy for me to look past.

Knowing I’m not keeping my wife awake every night is well worth the price of being uncomfortable when spraying it in my nose and adding this to the monthly shopping list.

Happy wife, happy life!

What Actually Causes Snoring?

It’s important to know what is causing you to have snoring in the first place.

Taking this approach allows you to treat the root problem, rather than just the symptom of the problem.

So, what actually causes people to start snoring when they’re sleeping? It’s pretty simple and when you really think about it, it totally makes sense.

You see, snoring occurs when the flow of air through the mouth and nose is physically obstructed. Air flow can be obstructed by a combination of factors, including obstructed nasal airways, poor muscle tone in the throat and/or tongue, bulky throat tissue, and a long soft palate and/or uvula.

Snoring Diagram

The snoring sound is caused by turbulent airflow causing the tissues of the roof of your mouth and throat to vibrate.

One of the things that made ZZ Snore work so well for me was the fact that it actually treated the obstructed airway problem (more on that below).

What Dangers Could Snoring Present?

Before we delve into the intricacies of ZZ Snore, let’s talk about some of the potential health threats that snoring could present you with.

That’s right, snoring can actually cause health problems (or be symptoms of health problems you already have).

One of the biggest problems that long time snoring can cause is sleep apnea. This is a major problem because sleep apnea itself ends up causing tons of other health problems, including:

  • Long interruptions of breathing (10 seconds or more) during sleep
  • Frequent waking from sleep
  • Light sleeping
  • Puts strain on the heart
  • Poor night’s sleep, leading to drowsiness the next day
  • Low oxygen levels in the blood
  • Chronic headaches
  • Obesity
  • …And More.
Dangers Of Sleep Apnea

All of these potential problems are things that I was aware of and actually starting to experience. I’ve always taken my health seriously, so to have these problems was really concerning me.

Once I started using ZZ Snore, however, these problems slowly went away the longer I used it. Now, thankfully, I don’t deal with any of it.

What Is ZZ Snore?

Next, let’s take a more in-depth look at what ZZ Snore is and how it actually works to get you to stop snoring.

How Does It Physically Work To Reduce (Or Stop) Snoring?

The way that ZZ Snore works to reduce snoring is actually really cool.

Traditional stop snoring devices, like mouth pieces and chin straps, stop you from snoring by keeping your mouth shut. This means that they really only work if you’re an “open mouth snorer”.

However, ZZ Snore takes an entirely different approach.

What it does is it works as a long acting tissue-lubricating agent that reduces the resistance in the upper airways and provides a smoother curve which allows air to flow freely to relieve the sound of snoring.

How ZZ Snore Stops Snoring

Pretty cool, huh?

My favorite part is that you get to skip all of those terribly uncomfortable sleeping devices. I cannot begin to describe how much I hated these devices when I tried them (that’s right – they’re worse than spraying stuff in my nose!).

If you’re in the same boat as I was (you hate the devices or they just don’t work), seriously give ZZ Snore a shot. You’ll be really happy with the results, I’m positive.

Is ZZ Snore Safe To Use?

Your health is extremely important and something that you should always be thinking of – especially when trying new products like this.

This was something I was wondering about before I made my first purchase.

You’ll be happy to know that ZZ Snore is both FDA approved and it’s gone through several intensive clinical studies.

And, to make things even better, there has literally never been any reported negative side effects from using the anti snoring spray. Plus, there were no negative side effects ever found during the clinical studies and I’ve never experienced any side effects, either.

ZZ Snore Is FDA Approved

Using a product like this that’s not only FDA approved, but also clinically proven to be safe and effective to use is a pretty big deal nowadays.

There’s no shortage of shady products that have no clinical backing to even prove whether or not they’re safe, let alone if they work or not.

This is something super important, in my eyes, when putting anything in your body. Make sure it’s safe and healthy to use.

Luckily, ZZ Snore is.

What Do Other People Have To Say About ZZ Snore?

When looking for customer reviews on a product, Amazon is a good place to check.

ZZ Snore is sold on there, and with it comes a bunch of good (and some bad) reviews.

Here’s what some verified purchasers had to say about the product.

Unfortunately, Joni wasn’t so happy with the results:

Tracy, Chocoholic, and Jennifer were very happy with their results:

N. W. says it helps but doesn’t completely get rid of it:

Larry bought it on a whim and loved it:

Those are just some of the reviews from real purchasers over on Amazon.

Like with any product there are some people who aren’t happy. But from the looks of it, most people are pretty happy with the results they (or their spouse) got from the spray.

Conclusion

So, there you have it. ZZ Snore has worked absolute wonders for me. It’s helped both my wife and I to (finally) get good sleep every night and neither of us are being woke up any more from my nonstop snoring.

It has no uncomfortable sleeping devices you have to just hope you’ll get use to and it’s completely safe to use with no side effects.

I’m really happy I decided to give this a shot when I did back in 2017. My life and sleep has genuinely improved a ton since then, and I owe it all to a little bottle of anti snoring spray.

That brings us back to the question at the beginning of the review – is ZZ Snore really the #1 best way to stop snoring in 2019? I would have to say yes. This product is as good as it gets.
