I’m a father of 3 with a gorgeous wife who’s an amazing cook and I’m now in my mid 40’s. As you might suspect, this is pretty much the perfect formula to develop the stereotypical “dad bod”.
And a dad bod is exactly what I formed over the years.
But, if I’m being honest, I hated it. I didn’t want to be that typical dad. I wanted to look like (or at least get as close to) how I did back in my 20’s.
However, through trying many different diets (Atkins, Weight Watchers, Mediterranean – I even tried going vegetarian for a while), I just couldn’t get the results that I was wanting.
Honestly, I had a pretty tough time following all of the different rules each diet had. I’d follow them for a couple weeks but I’d slowly fall back into my old habits – losing all progress I had made (if I even made any).
One night before bed I was complaining to my wife about this. I mean come on, how hard could it really be to just lose a couple pounds?
Then, she told me about this keto diet a friend of hers from work was on and how it worked to make your body burn stored fat for energy instead of carbs (we’ll go into that more below).
A diet that specifically burns fat? It peaked my interest and I decided to give it a shot.
So, over the next couple weeks I did a bunch of research and set up keto-friendly food plans to try to get by body into this “ketosis” so I’d start burning fat.
(Side note: These “keto friendly” foods were actually all things I already love, so I could lose weight while still eating good food!)
I started to get some results, but let me tell you what – it was hard.
Most websites will tell you getting into ketosis isn’t a cake walk, but none of them actually said just how hard it would be to get there and then stay there. Heck, I was seriously considering quitting and just resigning myself to that fact that I was stuck with my dad bod.
But right when I was about to give up, I stumbled across Keto Boost.
Now that might sound a little cliché, but it’s true. I decided I’d give these a shot and if they ended up not working I was just going to call it quits.
Luckily for me, the supplements worked quick and they worked well.
I took the supplements just as instructed on the bottle (take 2 capsules daily with water – super easy) and continued to eat keto-friendly foods for my meals throughout the day.
The next morning, I used a testing kit to see what the ketone levels were in my blood. There was a significant rise in the ketone’s in my blood! That means that the supplement had already started to work on day 1 and to say I was excited was an understatement.
I had also already lost a couple ounces from the day before and I could feel my body starting to easily enter ketosis on its own.
I was really impressed and very happy.
This is what my capsules looked like. They’re small and easy to take.
Each bottle has 60 capsules in it, so one bottle would last me about a month. I ended up going through 4 bottles before I was happy with how I looked.
Now, I still don’t have the body I did back in my 20’s like I dreamed of, but I’m extremely happy with the results I got. Plus, if it wasn’t for Keto Boost, I would have given up on this whole dieting thing and I’d look like I did before.
The only downside I’ve found with the Keto Boost capsules is I would get occasional headaches and some days I’d be more tired than others.
However, it’s important to note that these aren’t side effects of the supplement. They’re actually common side effects of being in ketosis.
Here’s how I ended up looking at the end of the 4 month mark:
At the beginning I weighed 227.3 pounds, and I’m 5 foot 11 inches tall. That’s a BMI of 31.7 (ouch…not exactly proud of that one).
Once I finished the diet, I weighed 172.6 – meaning I dropped 54.7 pounds! That’s also a BMI of 24.1, meaning my BMI fell 7.6 points. THAT’S something I’m proud of.
I’ve still got a little overhang on my belly, but overall I’m super happy with the results.
If you’re in the same boat I was in, I seriously recommend giving Keto Boost free trial a shot. If you stick with it, it’ll literally change your life. It’s a free trial, so even if you’re uncertain you won’t be losing out on anything.
Sounds like a win-win situation!
If you’re still a little unclear as to what exactly the keto diet is, let me break it down for you (I promise – it’s not as complicated as it may seem!).
Simply put, the keto diet (some refer to it as the ketogenic diet) is a very low-carb, high-fat diet.
It involves drastically reducing the amount of carbohydrates that you intake daily and replacing it with fat. The massive reduction in carbs puts your body into a special metabolic state known as “ketosis” where your body becomes extremely efficient at burning stored fat for the energy it needs.
Ketosis also turns fat into ketone’s in your liver, which is a great source of energy for your brain.
In fact, ketosis makes your body become so efficient at producing energy that many people (myself included) report having much better mental clarity and general energy throughout the day.
It’s worth noting that not every day will be like this, as I experienced a couple days where I was pretty drained of energy in general. This is a normal side effect.
However, maintaining this metabolic state is exactly what I had so much trouble doing during my keto diet, and it’s where the Keto Boost capsules some into play. But what exactly is the supplement?
Next, let’s take a more in-depth look at what the Keto Boost supplement actually is and how it works to help you lose weight quicker.
This is where things start to get interesting.
So, as I’ve mentioned up above, the whole reason that the keto diet works so well is because ketosis allows your body to burn the stored fat you don’t want instead of carbs.
But why does the supplement help so much?
Well, Keto Boost is made of exogenous (meaning external) ketones. When you take a capsule, these exogenous ketones are transported throughout your blood, causing your ketone levels to rise.
And a high level of ketones in the blood is exactly what you need for your body to enter ketosis.
These capsules allow you to constantly keep the ketones in your body at a high level, regardless of whether or not you slip up on your carb intake, thus allowing you to easily (and quickly) enter and stay in ketosis.
I’ve always been a huge advocate of being careful of what you put in your body – especially when it comes to taking medicine, supplements, etc…
Before I would order my first bottle of Keto Boost, I wanted to be sure that it was safe for me to take.
Through a decent amount of research, I came to discover that the capsules are made from powdered ketone salts. Some are even made from ketone esters, which is the purest form of ketones.
It’s important to note that these ketone salts are bound to sodium, meaning that if you have high blood pressure problems these capsules may not be a good idea for you to take.
Ketone salts also don’t taste very good, but if you immediately swallow them with water once you put them in your mouth, you won’t have to worry about tasting anything.
Overall, however, these keto supplements are natural and completely safe to use. I also never experienced any negative side effects and there have been no negative side effects or safety concerns reported in studies.
It’s always important to see what other people have to say about a product before deciding if it’s for you or not.
That means you should look for feedback outside of just my reviews!
Keto Boost is also sold on Amazon, and it has overwhelmingly positive reviews. Here’s what just a few people had to say:
Unfortunately, Smith was having blood pressure problems and couldn’t continue:
However, Lexi and Thomas were absolutely loving their results:
Monkey was finding that it was good for having extra energy and it was motivating them to workout more:
These are just some of the reviews on Amazon for Keto Boost – and there are literally hundreds more. In fact, 87% of all reviews are either 4 or 5 stars!
Not everyone will be happy with every product, but for the most part people are extremely pleased with the weight loss and energy results they experienced because of the Keto Boost.
In short, I was completely blown away by how well Keto Boost worked for me. This is the only diet supplement I’ve ever tried that actually provided me with results.
I’m confident that it can do the same for you too. Just remember that this is no magic pill that instantly grants weight loss.
You’ll still have to put in the work and try to eat as keto-friendly as possible. The Keto Boost supplement just makes maintaining ketosis much easier.
However, if you can manage to still eat keto-friendly, you should see the pounds melt off every day until you finally meet your weight goal.
You can get a bottle of the Keto Boost supplement for free by clicking the button below. I highly recommend giving it a shot – I’m positive you’ll be just as happy as I was!
